My artistic process lives at the intersection of healing and human connection. Informed by a Master’s in Graphic Communication and trauma-informed practice, I create commissions and experiences grounded in the artistic process as a pathway to healing and self-care – offered privately, corporately, and within the Correctional system, my process is designed to flow ‘soul-ly’ or congruently with chosen mental health modalities.

Art and creative experiences are not about talent – they are a process of play, experimenting, and embracing the ‘what if’. Through my guided process, a deeper connection to Self is revealed. The need for perfection and completion is shed, replaced with a new narrative of confidence in exploration and expression. Story sharing in a safe setting and listening is a necessary path to healing trauma. I candidly share my story and listen deeply to others to help: open pathways towards healing; reconciliation; and advocate for improved acknowledgement of Art has a necessary mental health modality.
